Dear PICS 2026 Attendee:
We are looking forward to welcoming you to San Diego for PICS 2026, August 30–September 2. The entire conference will be held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, 333 W. Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA.
Below is some important information as you plan your days while at PICS!
- Registration will be in the Marriott Grand Foyer, 2nd Floor Lobby Level
- The General Session will be in the Marriott Grand Main Ballroom, 2nd Floor Lobby Level
- The Exhibit Hall will be in the Pacific Ballroom, 1st Floor Ground Level
- Poster Abstracts will be displayed in the Marriott Grand Ballroom Foyer on Sunday ONLY and the Pacific Ballroom Foyer on Monday & Tuesday.
- The Breakout Sessions will be in Marriott Grand Ballrooms 1&2 and 3&4
- Registration will be open on Saturday, 3–6pm. Sunday - Wednesday registration will be open each day starting at 7:00am.
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks are served in the exhibit hall. On Sunday ONLY, meals and coffee breaks will be in the Marriott Grand Foyer. All the Live Cases and General Session lectures will also be broadcast into the exhibit hall once it is open on Monday.
- Oral Abstract Presentations will take place on Sunday, 10:55am–12:10pm. Presentations will be in the General Session Marriott Grand Main Ballroom & the Marriott Grand Ballrooms 1&2 and 3&4. Refer to the Abstract schedule for specific presentation times and locations. All schedules are listed in the meeting app.
- Poster Abstracts will be displayed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. There will be different abstracts posted each day, we encourage you to walk around and review all the great work of your colleagues throughout the world.
- Exhibitors will be available throughout the symposium in the Pacific Ballroom – Exhibit Hall. We encourage you to visit the exhibits and find out what’s new and upcoming in the world of interventional congenital and structural cardiology.
- Exhibitor Passport Game will be available to all attendees. Visit every booth to get your passport stamped for a chance to win this year's prize: a $500 Amazon Gift Card. The drawing will be held Wednesday, September 2 at 12:30 PM — you must be present to win.
- The Welcome Reception will be Sunday 6:00 - 7:30pm in the Pacific Ballroom/Exhibit Hall — this is the grand opening of the exhibit hall, drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served. There will be live music by the band “genXstatic” — come see one of our own PICS faculty share his musical talent along with the rest of the band.
- There will be a "fun" soccer game on Monday at 7:00PM that all are welcome to participate in or just attend. The game will be at Correia Middle School in San Diego, 4302 Valeta Street. Grab an Uber or Taxi and join the fun.
- CME & CEU are available for this course. For your convenience, the CME/Attendance evaluation will be emailed to you after the conclusion of the meeting. A certificate can be generated upon completion of the conference evaluation.
- ASRT Credits - to claim ASRT credits you must pick up a folder at the registration desk at the start of the conference, document your session attendance, and turn in your folder at the end of the conference at the registration desk.
- General Attendance Certificates are available at the registration desk.
- PICS Meeting App will be available for download on August 21st — keep up to date with the latest program updates and announcements. The app instructions can be found HERE.
